No, credits do not rollover. They are reset back to your plan limit every month.
If you're on a paid plan, cancel at anytime by logging in and going to "My Account". You will keep your plan access and credits until the next billing period.
If you have not used a credit or instant visit alerts for the current billing period, the current billing period can be refunded minus any credit card transaction fees. Prior billing periods, can not be refunded.

Our short links will not work for visitors in European countries.
We use IP addresses to determine proximity. This is a network-based technology that identifies the ISP exchange point or network hub the user is connected to. It is excellent for identifying the city or region, but it is not GPS.
An IP address will never reveal a street address or specific building. Higher precision is only possible via GPS (which requires user consent) or a Legal Subpoena to the ISP.
Standardized Tracking: We prioritize transparency and legal compliance. Our system identifies network-level data (ISPs and Cities) rather than specific individuals. We do not engage in "intrusive tracking" that extracts personal identities.
